your favourite pasta. mine is farfalle. butterflies. so cute, happifying.

salmon.

that asparagus.

cream?

garlic + spices of your choice. i went for salt, black peppar, lemon peppar, thyme, basil.

LOADS of parmigiano reggiano!
let the salmon defrost over the day. put the pasta cooking, then chop asparagus, on a pan fry with garlic and some olive oil, then in with salmon, then cream and spices and mix with the pasta. then add loads of parmigiano-reggiano on it! lazy dish for monday evenings.
