here, i give you, one of the most perfect days of my life:
we made no plans. We just went to town with Edwin, decided to buy "fantasy icecream". He chose oldsk00l vanilla icecream, vanilla soft icecream and turkish peppar-candies. I chose irish coffee and walnuts-icecream, vanilla&strawberry softicecream and marianne-candies. And i promise you that there is no better icecream than what i chose åhh.
later on we bought berries and buns from the market and had that as dinner.
we were watching those tens of seagulls when susanna called and we all decided to take off to Sveaborg/Suomenlinna!
it was idyllic. happy people happily on little hills. swings, photographs, standing in waves, tall grass.
in the evening susanna went home and johanna and lille joined us instead!
we had wine and beer and cigarettes, lille had brought with her the typing machine she had bought a short while ago.
when it got quite late we took the boat back to town and didn't go home. more about that later.
p.s. right now this heart is almost aching of the memory of this day. perfect perfect! hearts on those people and life and all. yeah.

a comet appears / home / razzle dazzle rose
some mixed pictures of days spent with edwin, johanna, lille, diem:
urban picnic in front of a gay club. i had pineapple, shrimps and mushrooms in my pizza.
johanna came to helsinki as well!
she hadn't met her friend diem in a while
lille needed to change into jeans since it was a chilly day after weeks of heat
thaifood and dancing, we had eaten much much and accidentally chose level "superhardcoredifficult" in the dancemachine and that was a bad combo
lovely days that sounded a bit like this and this and this.

the days are numbered to anything called humble
one night me and edwin and linda decided to all take off to lille instead of going home sleeping. first we found a playground, and at lille's we found many boys frying 2kg of fish sticks.
tired jokes amongst cigarettes and music and fishstick burgers and the bestest of omelettes.

eikä ajatella sitä kuka on kenenkin, että meillä kaikilla on kotikin
one day we joined the pride festival. lille had made a festive headpiece out of flowers and i got a rainbow painted on my arm!
we saw PMMP performing. there were bubbles everywhere and love everywhere and the singers made lovely, vulgar gestures.
all over the city there were activities, like pools and saunas and naked people in the middle of a shopping street. finland, you know.
your roots are stuck in the dirt of this land, my questions all answered in the firmness of your hand
somebody had hung shirts between houses
we found a park next to those shirts and there was a girl who reminded me of a cupcake or a princess in all them disneyfilms
we had bought some cheap red wine and a small piece of that expensive cheese that's my favourite
we sat under a tree with light coming through the leaves and making patterns on us you know, one of the prettiest things that is. edwin played Can and I probably played something like Hello Saferide or Scandinavian Music Group again. When he put on "cripple and the starfish" by Antony and the Johnsons I kissed his face all over all over. Focusing on those perfect spots, one a bit below his right eye and one next to his left corner of the mouth
then we went back to Lille and found many people there again. They had made a fantastic meal and somebody was playing Beirut.
we must rip out all the epilogues in the books that we have read
one of the first evenings in helsinki was one of the nicest. i watched as Lille and my boyfriend made food, smoking cigarettes by the window (far down there were trams and cars) in that fantastic kitchen. felt like my heart could swell up and blow up of the loveliness. and i guess we listened to "at the bottom of everything" like fifteen million times because Lille told it was Ivan's favourite song now and I got happy because I knew it was me who played it for him for the first time.

vain paju itki, vain laiva huusi, olen melkein kuin uusi olen melkein kuin uusi
we spent a few evenings at a beach near Lille (at whose place we stayed most of the time, who calls Hietsu-the-beach "a teenagehell".) In the evenings we found it to be very nice though. We sat at the same spot everytime. With different people. One time with Essi who has travelled a lot and who didn't like to eat much back in the days. Another time with many people amongst them Diem who has for three summers been walking entirely without shoes and hasn't washed her hair in two months and works at a superfood-store. There was also Tuomas who laughed like Austin Powers and we sang Lena Ph over and over again from the beach to a bar.

skillnaden mellan en fast hand och motsatsen
for the past four weeks i have been busy with adventuring in finland. so i'll start puking out photos and shortstories starting here:
the last days in turku we spent with friends. veera sends me lots of postcards and after some wine apologized for not having missed me as much as i had missed her. saskia and i have similar futureplans and in a way similar pasts.
jarno bought bubbly wine for everybody
and saskia danced in an almost empty bar.
next day we took off to helsinki and on the way listened to scandinavian music group and 90s hits. åh alltså 90s, best times ever! them boybands and innocent britneys! <3 we sang the whole way. edwin fell asleep.
helsinki was sunny and i took off my shoes everytime we sat at a park. happiness. åh. (now m&m's and by edwin's request: my little pony. i'm together with a brony.)
